Bringing people together for sacred moments of transformation.

Soul Circles is dedicated to creating transformational gatherings, retreats, healing circles, ceremonies, and celebrations for those on their spiritual paths. We deeply believe in the power of ritual, rites of passage, and the collective energy for healing and growth.

The Founder’s Story

After a near-death experience with Crohn’s Disease in her early twenties, Brooke Hall Allen went on a mission to uncover the root cause of mental, emotional and physical imbalances. After years of soul searching, study, experimentation and spiritual exploration, she was able to reverse the disease and balance her system.

After experiencing a number of other “unwanted” life circumstances, she realized that all “difficult” experiences are precious gifts that catalyze our transformations and fuel our evolution.

Brooke is a certified meditation teacher (through a two year program led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach called MMTCP), certified Reiki Master and spiritual explorer. Brooke is an experienced public speaker who has led healing circles, been on many retreats (silent and shamanic) and is currently studying Biofield Tuning, a form of vibrational sound therapy.

She studies and experiments with spirituality, mysticism, quantum medicine, energy medicine, and holistic health practices. As a dedicated practitioner of Transcendental Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, free form dance, and Qigong, Brooke shares what she believes to be the most useful practices to help others harmonize their bodies, experience inner peace and states of bliss, and create more coherence within.

Her academic journey includes earning a Liberal Arts B.A. degree from the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University, with a concentration in Honors Philosophy and Literature. She’s also completed the Science of Well-Being course at Yale University.

In the business world, she has founded a number of ventures, including an award-winning creative and marketing agency, What Works Studio, as well as an arts-centric magazine, a social innovation conference series, and America's first international light and music festival, Light City.

She was named “Innovator of the Year,” “25 Women to Watch,” “Top Female CEO,” “40 Under 40,” “Social Innovation Fellow,” “Young Cultural Innovator Fellow.” She was also honored with the “Downtown Partnership of Baltimore Award”,“Silo Breaker Award,” and“Baltimore Transformer Award.”
